Understanding our biological age is common knowledge, yet the age of our brain often remains a mystery. Assessment of memory and cognitive speed varies from person to person, and this particular test serves as a tool for evaluating these abilities.

The application thoroughly examines short-term memory capacity, providing an accurate estimation of brain age based on the results obtained. Users may find themselves either pleasantly surprised or slightly dismayed by the outcome.

The testing procedure involves numbers briefly shown on the screen which you must memorize their positions. Subsequently, the numbers are hidden, and you are required to recall their locations from memory. Each test allows for up to three errors. Beginning with three numbers on the initial level, as you progress through levels, the quantity increases, making it progressively challenging to reproduce the correct sequence.

A result close to your actual age is considered normative. Higher scores suggest suboptimal brain function, while results below your real age indicate exceptional intelligence levels and heightened brain activity. Initial scores may be disheartening, but consistent practice can lead to substantial improvement after several attempts.

Besides its primary function of determining brain age, the app serves as a valuable tool for short-term memory enhancement. By dedicating a few minutes each day to the exercises, tangible improvements in brain activity can be observed within a week. This routine training regimen contributes positively to daily life, enhancing attention span and visual memory significantly.
